Ken and Shannon have, for 35 years, become well known as experts in Relationships. They founded Kaset International which became the largest and most successful training, consulting, and publishing company in the field of relationships with customers. Kaset has trained over a million adults in relationship skills. Ken and Shannon learned the secrets of successful relationships, and how to teach them to people so well they would use them. That was the secret behind their company's success. Ken wrote about what he had discovered about relationships. His book “Sagery — a User's Manual for the Mind” is about how to cope wisely with difficulties in relationships. He also wrote "Metamating," a series of 6 books about how to create a marital relationship that gets happier and happier over time — and lasts. Both of these books are available through their websites. Ken and Shannon sold Kaset and retired in 1992, but retirement didn't last long. They were both alarmed by the incredible rate of divorce. Marriages were ending in divorce about half the time. People's lives, their families, their children, and their friends were all being disturbed by marriages that didn't last. With their expertise in relationships, and their skills in teaching and preparing training materials, they decided to go back to work and help people find and preserve relationships that would be happy and last. Ken wrote special wedding vows for couples to use at their wedding or vow renewal to help express their commitment to making their marriage last. Shannon found many wedding poems that express the kinds of thoughts that help marriages last.
